Christmas Town has come and gone and now it's time to get the park ready for our spring opening. Though all of our guests have gone home for the winter, our villages are full of team members preparing for the spring. The miles of Christmas lights and garland are being removed and stored neatly until they are fluffed and re-installed next November. Along with the removal of Christmas Town, all of the park's signage gets refreshed, as well as increased work on the new Oktoberfest village. The area is getting a facelift with new eating areas, shops, entertainment venues and a fresh new vibrant paint treatment. Not to mention Mäch Tower, our new drop tower that will drop you nearly 240 feet at 60 mph. Our dedicated team of scenic and thematic artists will work with contractors over the next few months to ensure the area becomes a spectacular new addition to the park. We hope you had fun creating memories this season and we can't wait to see you in the park in 2011.
