You don't often hear the words cute and alligator in the same sentence, but our newest Water Country USA residents are definitely an exception. I want to introduce you to our new American alligators - Elvis, Horatio, Crocket and Tubbs. These little guys or girls (they are too young to tell) are only two months old and already have me wrapped around their little webbed toes, especially Tubbs. Currently they are about ten inches long, but as adults can reach up to 15 feet … at which point I will not be holding them.
Although they live at our water park, I promise you will not see them riding Vanish Point or floating next to you along Hubba Hubba Highway. Our guest will have an opportunity to learn about these animals from one of our animal care specialists during their visit. You also will be able to take photos with these adorable reptiles, as well as, some of our parrots at select times during the day. Look for us right after you enter the park. Come by and meet the baby alligators while you can still call them cute.
